Stay fit!

Hello my sweeties! How are you doing?
Today I'm bringing you something different to the blog. This time I'm going to talk about my experience with fitness and training. 
Many people start the New Year with the resolution of doing some exercise and getting into shape, so they sign up at the gym or start running or biking outdoors.

For those who have known me for a long time might be surprised with this post because I used to be a very lazy person. I didn't know anything about sports and even had no intention to do something to change that...
...But three years ago I went to a gym for the first time, just to give it a try and with a very skeptical mind.

I couldn't imagine what happened next, but the truth is that I really felt better and better with each training, so I started working out harder and doing new routines. 

Now I can say that I LOVE WORKING OUT AND FITNESS! 
It's part of my life and I'm really proud for this.
